About

Built by people who have seen automation fail at scale

Neuralzome began with a specific observation: automation was failing less from hardware than from software unable to reason about the unknown.

Mission

Uncertainty is the operating condition, not failure

Industrial environments vary through part tolerances, fixture drift, lighting changes, and unexpected workspace objects. Traditional programs treat these as exceptions. We treat them as normal conditions software must handle gracefully.

Neuralzome helps robots assess what they know, act within confidence bounds, and flag decisions for human review. This is not AI replacing operators. It makes operators more effective.

Software that acknowledges uncertainty beats software that guesses confidently.

Story

How we got here

2023

Pattern recognition in deployments

In 2023, repeated brittle-program failure across automated cells led the founding team to develop a probabilistic decision layer for real-world uncertainty.

2024

First production validation

In 2024, the initial decision runtime ran in high-mix assembly with four fixture variants cycling through one cell. It adapted to variant changes without offline reprogramming.

2025

Platform architecture finalized

In 2025, feedback from early deployment partners shaped the three-layer architecture, Perception Bridge, Decision Runtime, Controller Interface. Integrations expanded to four major brands.

2026

Early access opens, angel-backed

Neuralzome received angel backing in February 2026 and opened structured early access for robotics engineering teams. Partners are validating assembly, picking, and inspection tasks in Bengaluru and Pune.

Values

What shapes how we build

Honesty about uncertainty

A system that admits what it does not know beats one that guesses confidently. We build that principle into the product.

Production before papers

We measure deployed cells and handled variants, not benchmark results. Theory matters, but it is not sufficient.

Operator trust is earned

Automation that overrides human judgment loses trust. We surface reasoning and defer when appropriate.

Integrate, do not replace

Existing controllers, safety systems, and process knowledge matter. Neuralzome adds reasoning without forcing teams to start over.

We want engineers who find this problem interesting

Small team, hard problems, real manufacturing environments. If you work in robotics, control systems, or applied ML, get in touch.
