FAQ
Common questions
One endpoint is one robot controller running the Neuralzome decision runtime. Two arms sharing one controller count as one. Independently controlled arms count as two.
Yes. Platform includes an on-premises path, with the runtime running on your hardware. Cloud access is optional for telemetry aggregation and policy updates, never control-loop decisions.
Current integrations cover Universal Robots (URScript), FANUC (KAREL and R-30iB), KUKA (KRL), and ABB (RAPID). Platform supports custom integrations. Contact us with your controller model for a timeline.
The policy adaptation module updates incrementally from deployment data. Engineer demonstrations and uncertainty-monitor corrections enter the adaptation loop. Typical variant changes do not require a full retrain.
Developer is self-serve with documentation and a community forum. Pilot and Platform include an integration-engineer session covering your cell and controller setup. First inference typically takes two to four weeks from contract.
Developer and Pilot are month-to-month. Platform uses annual contracts with a custom SOW. You can validate the approach before making a long-term commitment.
